At AHA, we are proud to unveil our vision for this dynamic mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, a project that redefines urban living. Our design meticulously integrates multi-story residential units above vibrant ground-floor retail and office spaces, creating a synergistic environment. We’ve prioritized a contemporary aesthetic, characterized by sleek lines and expansive glazing, while placing a strong emphasis on biophilic design. The extensive incorporation of vertical gardens and lush plantings on balconies and around the building perimeters is central to our approach, fostering a natural, sustainable, and visually refreshing atmosphere that harmonizes with the lively West Palm Beach landscape.
A signature element of our design is the deliberate infusion of art and color, exemplified by the striking, street-art-inspired mural on a prominent staircase.
