Mission Hill Residence

Boynton Beach

RESIDENTIAL

"Restoring a home is not about recreating the past—it’s about carefully revealing its soul, allowing time and craftsmanship to speak through renewed light and space."

The restoration of 720 Mission Hill Road in Boynton Beach transformed a dated ranch-style residence into a crisp, modern home while preserving the essence of its original form. The exterior presents a clean white palette with sharp horizontal lines, a rebalanced entry volume, and minimal landscaping to highlight the home’s geometry. A reimagined roofline, updated fenestration, and dark accents bring a contemporary sensibility that blends effortlessly with the residential character of the neighborhood.

Inside, the renovation introduced an airy, light-filled atmosphere defined by vaulted and beamed ceilings, wide-plank wood flooring, and smooth transitions between living, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. We retained the bones of the original home but opened up key walls and widened views to the backyard and pool area—resulting in a more expansive and connected interior. Simple, elegant finishes throughout reflect the architect’s sensitivity to light, proportion, and everyday livability—turning this mid-century structure into a quietly confident modern retreat.
