The Centennial Square Park conceptual project reimagines West Palm Beach’s waterfront as a vibrant, multi-level community hub that blends recreation, dining, and leisure. Anchored by a striking observation deck with colorful, geometric canopy accents, this design offers sweeping views of the waterfront while inviting exploration through a playful kids’ deck, integrated slides, and interactive play areas. Lush landscaping, shaded walkways, and open plazas create a welcoming flow between the park’s features, encouraging movement and social connection.
On the top level, an open-air eatery provides a relaxed space for dining with panoramic views, while the first floor houses a cozy café for more intimate gatherings. Thoughtfully placed seating areas—both indoors and out—ensure comfort and accessibility for all visitors. This redevelopment seamlessly merges public space with dynamic programming, transforming Centennial Square Park into a year-round destination that celebrates waterfront living, active play, and community engagement.
