West Palm Beach, FL

REDEVELOPMENT/COMMERCIAL

“Redevelopment is the architecture of transformation—an opportunity to restore identity, repair disconnection, and reframe the future through the built environment.”

The Broadway Circle project in West Palm Beach's Northwood area depicts a vibrant, mixed-use development centered around a prominent circular plaza. The architecture features modern, curvilinear buildings with extensive use of glass facades and balconies, creating a light, open aesthetic that complements the tropical environment. The street-level views showcase a pedestrian-friendly design with wide, brick-paved walkways, palm trees, and ground-floor retail or public spaces, fostering a lively urban atmosphere. The central green space and surrounding landscaping are designed to provide gathering areas and enhance the overall walkability of the neighborhood.

The project appears strategically integrated with existing infrastructure, notably a train station and tracks visible in several views, suggesting a transit-oriented development. The renderings highlight upscale amenities, including a large rooftop pool area with views of the surrounding development and the central plaza. The design also emphasizes connectivity, with views from balconies showing communal green spaces and suggesting a residential or hospitality component. Overall, Broadway Circle is envisioned as a contemporary hub combining residential, commercial, and recreational uses in a highly accessible and aesthetically pleasing environment.
